I'd like to start off by saying I've worked in the automotive industry myself and was blown away by the customer service I received. John Wright was hands down the best person I have worked with for any type of purchase thus far. We had a few bumps in the road from payoff changing, paperwork not arriving on time from my outside lender, etc and John and Catie made sure it all worked out smoothly regardless. They went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle not only fit the needs of my family, but my budget as well. With twins on the way, we had a specific budget we HAD to stick to. I live 2 hours from Brooks Motors and the drive was well worth it, my family and I will continue to purchase here in the future and recommend everyone we know to John Wright. Five stars all the way around!
Worth the 2 hour drive!
Came to the dealership explaining my vehicle is randomly stalling out. Which is extremely dangerous. If I stalled out in a busy intersection, red light, or train tracks, I could die. And this is the car I carry my 2 babies in. I've worked in the service department industry for years and years before I had my kids and from my knowledge it's a liability to turn away a customer if their car is doing anything that could put you in danger. Well, this dealership did.

I had a pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and professional! I purchased my vehicle from Brooks Motor. All of my visits has been encouraging. First 2 oil changes were free. The assistance were great in helping me get an Auto Pass card. I look forward to service rendered. BUY IT AT BROOKS!!
