We were traveling last weekend from Livingston to Destin Florida and decided to make our food stop at Big Mike's. Was hoping for just a good steak but we ended up getting excellent steaks all around. The service was great southern hospitality.
Really good food and the waitresses were very polite. Everyone really had their act together. I will be back !!!
If your hungry and want a great, no, amazing steak - this is your place! Try the Big Mike (editors note - I like mine Med Rare to get that full flavor and it's not chewy or overly bloody-this is a huge piece of meat folks)! You may have some leftover to take home from this one. Also, another entree item, the Sweet Water Stack - just Yum. Fresh crab cakes over fried green tomatoes, drizzled with a hommade remoulade and topped with shrimp. Now if that doesn't get your taste buds jumping... try some of the fresh baked black bread with cinnamon butter. Add in a never-ending glass of sweet tea and friendly staff and here's my reason for 5 stars and a must stop if your in the area!
